The Well Dressed Alien

The Well Dressed Alien As portrayed by John F. Goff in John Carpenter's CLASSIC 1988 film "They Live."
I've been a huge fan of John Carpenter since I was a wee monster lad, in fact he was the first filmmaker I followed, while other kids where off singing the praises of Spielberg, I was sitting with my jaw hanging open watching "The Thing." And although he has admittedly had a dry streak for a while now, I still hold out, knowing that he will one day pull out the stops and create another amazing/terrifying film... I know it the same way I know that Stephen King and Prince aren't washed up yet.
John Carpenter, wrote the screenplay to "They Live" under the pseudonym "Frank Armitage". The movie is based on the short story "Eight O'Clock in the Morning" by Ray Nelson. Which can be read here.
Now, where did I leave all my bublegum?
An interesting piece of trivia:
Near the end of the film, several guards can be seen using odd scanner devices. These are actually PKE Meter props from the film Ghostbusters unaltered.

Great job. No pathos here, just pure creepiness. On a side note, your textual accompaniments have been as entertaining as your artwork, and this one is no different. I appreciate the link to the original story too. Finally, I hope you're right about the prince, the king, and the carpenter.
This one looks AWESOME! Excellent work man! You are really tearin' it up. I am excited to check out your upcoming podcasts, will be entertaining for sure! I am heading up to a 3 hour long training class tonight at one of the nation's premiere haunted attractions, The Rocky Point Haunted House- created by Cydney Neil. I have done some airbrush Halloween make-up in the past couple of years, so I am excited to be getting some tips from a real pro. Will let you know how it goes!!
